Order Processing

Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout. Delivery times shown at checkout are carrier estimates and begin once your order has shipped.

Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has been processed or shipped.

Delays, Lost, or Stolen Packages
Carrier delays may occur. If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the package, please check with neighbors or your building manager. We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
