Shoot! We can't change the shipping address once your order has been labeled/shipped.
Once your order begins processing, it cannot be changed or canceled. When you receive your order, you may return the order using our Return Portal.
Packages are scanned at various points between pickup and delivery and usually these scans happen every 1 - 3 business days. It can seem that your package isn't moving, but it's just on the way to the next location where it will be scanned.
Unfortunately, we’re unable to make changes to orders after they’ve been placed.
Yep! Within 30 days of delivery, just make sure what you are returning is unworn and still in the original packaging. Use this link to initiate your return or exchange.
Please note, that international orders & Meta Orders (Facebook, Instagram, & Marketplace) are only eligible for returns and not eligible for automated exchanges. Please return your order for a refund and place a new order.
