CRAFTSMANSHIP GUARANTEE

We want you to be happy with any product that bears our Glade name - if at any time our products do not live up to your expectations, please file a warranty claim to get a proper evaluation.  

We guarantee all of Glade products to the original owner against materials or craftsmanship. If we find the product to be defective, we will repair it, replace it, or refund your purchase price at our discretion.

Of course, this guarantee does not cover lens scratches.

Any misuse, abuse, or any alterations of our products void this craftsmanship guarantee. Glade will not be responsible for any incidental or consequential damages caused by or resulting from the use or performance of Glade products. All this to say, we’re human. We are outside everyday and we know how it feels when gear does not perform as expected. If it’s on us, we’ll make it right.  

In order for us to review your claim, we will need:

1. Photos of defect or issue you are experiencing
2. Proof of purchase or the order number
3. Description of the defect

4. Send these over to Hello@gladeoptics.com with the subject "Warranty Claim"
