I started Glade as a natural extension of my love for the mountains, and to create products that help me and my friends have longer, bigger, and better days in the backcountry.

All of our Locals Collection sunglasses are polarized. Our Trails Collection sunglasses are not polarized (so you can see nuances on the trail more clearly), but have photochromic lenses.
Will they protect my eyes?
Oh yeah. We've ensured our lenses are built to withstand the intense UV rays in the places we love to play.
They offer full UV400 protection.
Will they make me look cooler?
At least 200% cooler - no question.
