I have the Glade googles and Glade classes. Wow-the best goggle's and glasses I've owned. I've had smith IO, Oakley flight deck, Scott's etc. Glade has the best comfort, coverage and clear view of any goggle I've every owned. Go Glade and you'll never go back.
I have worn these while ski instructing in the ever changing spring conditions on Mt. Hood, ranging from rain to snow to sun, and all the weird in-between stages in the span of a single two hour lesson, and WOW, these truly perform. I highly recommend the Adapts for when you need a one goggle solution and can’t or don’t want to carry multiple lenses/goggles. The only time I experienced a slight hiccup was in ultra low, flat light. They were still on point but I do prefer my dedicated low light goggles for that one very specific type of light. I loved the Adapts so much I bought a pair for my friend who gets wild in mountains and he also absolutely loves them. I think anyone who slides on snow should have a pair!
Well I am super happy with my Glade goggles. I have used Oakley, Smiths, Giro and more and have never been able to breath thru my nose skiing with a helmet on. First thing I noticed was the clarity and how clear everything was but it was the breathing thru my nose that I really expressed me. They fit higher up on your face and are very comfortable to wear. Love not changing the lens for different conditions!!
Got some Adapt googles for myself and my wife and loved them so much I decided to rep Glade by copping a sweet hoodie. The hoodie is dope and wears well.
I bought these a couple weeks ago and used them on a day that included sunshine followed by snow. They were great. They fit well and the views were crisp. Look forward to wearing them more next season. If you are on the fence I’d say give them a try.
These are the 3rd Glade googles I have purchased for myself. Yes, I love them. The visual clarity is superb in all lighting conditions. You are probably wondering what am I doing to all these googles or perhaps that I am just fashion-minded and need one in each color (Far from it). As an added bonus, these goggles offer an excellent layer of protection from the harsh mountain environment which includes tree branches. However, they are not immune to being damaged by said tree branches while skiing in tight woods. If only they made them in cubic silicon nitride.
Picked up a pair with the royal purple lenses. The purple color is much lighter looking in person than I was expecting based on the pictures on the website, but I suppose it's hard to show the true color online. The googles appear to be made well and feel high quality. The magnets are SUPER strong but it's still easy enough to change the lens. I haven't been out in the mountains with them yet, but my first impression is very positive so far.
Comfortable hat, fits well too. The blue color is a bit electric for me though.
Came quick and as described. Open box as stated, but brand new Goggles! Can’t wait to give them a try next season… Love the goggles and the price!!! Thanks Glade,
I have only worn these goggles twice since purchase mostly because I bought them late in the ski season. So far I am happy with my purchase. They fit well with my helmet, are comfortable, and have better peripheral vision than my previous goggles. Then clarity of the lenses is awesome, but still checking out how the transition part works in variable light conditions. I do love that I can wear my eye glasses underneath without a problem.
Bought a new pair of Challenger googles for a recent trip to Steamboat. Was excited to try them out. I ended up using them most of the trip, like skiing with definition googles.. Used them for most of the trip even on sunny days!
I wore these Glade Quad Photochromic Goggles to Big Sky and Killington this year. They really did adjust to changing light condition, did not fog up, and looked really good. I could not be happier with them!
I've had lots of cheap goggles. I've had a few expensive (like Smith) goggles.
These are hands down the best goggles I've ever owner. Smith chromatic goggles are nice......but these Glades are spectacular. The ability to change tint depending on the conditions are a game changer. At 49 years old I need to be able to see variations in the snow. I simply don't want to take an unecessary tumble while doing 45 mph, hopping moguls, or in a sea of white on a 50 degree slope in a chute. These goggles let me see......everything. In all conditions.
I'm a believer. Buy these. You will not regret it.
The Adapt are amazing…from bluebird skies to snowy gray conditions, these gave unbelievable visibility and comfort. No fogging, just clear vision! No lens swaps, just go for it. Mate well with Glade helmet too! Great company, great products. Don’t miss out on these…you won’t regret it.
Love my new Glades. Bought a pair for the wife to justify the purchase of mine. Funny that the cost of two pair were less expensive than one pair of a major brand. I love the fact that I only need one pair of lenses for any type of conditions. My old goggles, I had to choose which pair of lens I was going to use based on what the weather was at that time. I am an aggressive, long time skier, that doesn't want to ski with a backpack of gear on his back or in his pockets. The beauty of the Glade goggles, when the sun disappears into the clouds, the goggles adjust to current light. One pair of goggles for any condition on the mountain. Best purchase ever!
